Distant recording of a school class repeating words of their teacher. Recorded from the outside of a school in bangkok, thailand with an olympus ls-11.
A clown in the piazza san lorenzo from genova is surrounded by children playing with long, thin and flexible balloons, one child is asking the clown to shape a balloon as a white gun.
7:25 p. M. School yard. Kids while playing basket ball and other games. Many voices of dozens of children and sounds of the balls and the game. Hear the vehicles passing on the street. At the final section of the recording is heard the sound of an airplane flying across the sky. I used the zoom handy recorder h2 with internal microphones. I made some corrections in adobe audition 3. 0. Enjoy!.
A small children's rollercoaster, first being ratcheted up the initial ramp and then running along its tracks while the children on board squeal and shriek.
This is a long sample i took from a park while my kids were playing. I processed it through a convolution reverb with a percussion tone as the convolution file. Very strange musical feel to it.
This is a big shop with shoes, purses and another goods. Adults and children are shopping in this place. This was recorded with zoom h2n in the afternoon.
A weird/creepy ambience i made using toxicbiohazard. I imagine it being the ambience to a scene of someone stuck in space-time. . . A sort of. . Auditory representation of a paradox perhaps?.
An old recording of me laughing in a weird (and kind of creepy) way. I had been talking with a friend on the phone and recording the conversation for some reason, and for some reason i laughed liked this. I don't know why.
An atonal, cacophonous series of plucked strings with a timpani in the background to try and create a prickly feeling. Originally made to be used in a horror game i am working on. This clip should loop nicely. All the sounds are from fl studio with an old version of garritan personal orchestra plugin.
I made this with my keyboard and some pre-set synths on garageband. I think it has a really video game vibe to it, almost like something from system shock or half-life or something like that.
